Cancellation Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments and is applied toward your service total.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance through the online booking system.
• Late Cancellations (within 12 hours):
A fee equal to 50% of the services booked will be charged. The deposit will be applied, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
• No-Shows:
Failure to arrive without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the services booked. The deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
All fees are charged automatically to the card on file. Declined charges will be invoiced and are due immediately.
